Cancellation and refunds

1. Cancel anytime

The CaravanBot subscription is paid one month at a time. There is no automatic charge: before each month ends we send you a renewal request, and the subscription only continues if you pay it. To stop, simply do not pay the renewal, or tell us at contact@caravanbot.com and we stop sending renewal requests. There is no cancellation fee.

2. When you get a refund

• We cannot make it work on your server: if, after checking your server, we cannot set the bot up so that it works, we refund your payment in full.
• Paid but not started: if you change your mind before we have started the setup, write to us and we refund you in full.
• After handover: once the bot is set up and handed over to you, the month you paid for is not refunded.

3. How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid in Bitcoin, to an address you send us, for the EUR amount of your order converted at the exchange rate on the day of the refund. Tell us the order number when you write to contact@caravanbot.com.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law. The full terms are in our terms of service.
