Paying for a Silkroad bot subscription in Bitcoin

Why Bitcoin

Bitcoin lets you pay from anywhere without sharing card details with us. We never see a card number or a bank account, and you do not need an account on our site.

Step by step

1. Place your order. At checkout you give your email, your name, your server and what you want the bot to do.
2. Get the quote. Our server converts the €60 monthly price to BTC at the current EUR rate (from CoinGecko) and rounds up to the satoshi. The order page shows the Bitcoin address, the exact amount, a QR code and a bitcoin: link that opens your wallet with both filled in.
3. Pay within 30 minutes.The quote is valid for 30 minutes, because the rate moves. If it runs out, press “Get a fresh quote” on the same page before you pay.
4. We confirm by hand. We check the payment on the blockchain, usually within a few hours, and email you when it is confirmed. Then we start setting up the bot for your server.

Tips for a smooth payment

• Send exactly the quoted amount; network fees are paid by the sender. If less arrives, we ask for the difference.
• Pay on the Bitcoin network (on-chain) to the address shown for your order.
• Keep your order number: it is how we match your payment if you write to us.

Renewal and cancelling

There is no automatic charge. Before your month ends we send a renewal request with a new quote. Pay it to continue, or let it lapse and the subscription ends. See cancellation and refunds.

Refunds

If we cannot make the bot work on your server, we refund you in full, in Bitcoin, for the EUR amount of your order. Once the bot is set up and handed over, the paid month is not refunded.
