What “vSRO-based” means for a bot

vSRO is the Silkroad Online version most private servers start from. Servers built on it share the core game protocol and much of the game data, so a bot that understands vSRO covers the basics on many of them: movement, targeting, skills, inventory, NPC shops and storage. On top of that base, every server adds its own items, regions, events, rates and often client changes. A bot has to know about those to work reliably.

The standard part: the hunt loop

Every CaravanBot subscription includes the hunt loop, set up for your server: training area, auto-targeting, skills and buffs, potions and pills, looting with filters, a pick-up pet, auto-dismantle of unwanted drops, and the town loop that repairs, restocks and returns.

The custom part: what you ask for

These are the features players most often ask to add, depending on what the server supports:

• Quest loops: take, complete and hand in repeatable quests.
• Trading runs: buy goods, travel the route and sell, the job that gave the Silk Road its name.
• Alchemy: enhance gear with the stones and stop rules you choose.
• Party play: several characters that form a party, follow a leader and support each other.
• Events: a server's own events and their schedules.

Because these depend on server-specific data and rules, we do not promise them up front for every server. You describe what you want when you order; we check it against your server and tell you what we can build, and before any extra work if it would cost more.

Custom clients

Some servers are not plain vSRO: they ship a custom client or changed data. CaravanBot works with many of those too, but they take more setup, so we check each one individually. If we cannot make the bot work on your server, you get your money back.
